Description
As a Frontline Flight Operations Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of global flight operations. This position involves managing client communications, coordinating with internal teams, and resolving any operational challenges to deliver exceptional service to our corporate, VIP, and government clients.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the direct point of contact for clients, providing frontline support.
- Coordinate with headquarters to ensure seamless, 24/7 operational support.
- Manage communications with corporate, commercial, VIP, and government clients worldwide.
- Handle flight requests and ensure that all flights are executed smoothly.
- Resolve operational challenges and provide quick, effective solutions.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality services across all client interactions.
Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Aviation Management, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-4 years of experience in flight operations, dispatch, or aviation customer service.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Knowledge of FAA regulations, flight permits, and ground handling processes is an advantage.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to make decisions under pressure and resolve issues efficiently.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Flexibility: Comfortable working in a 24/7 global operation and coordinating across time zones.
