The NBAA Business Aviation Convention & Exhibition (NBAA-BACE) will be held from 16 to 18 October 2018 in Orlando, Florida. The show will take place at the Orange County Convention Center (OCCC). Aircraft static displays will be held at Orlando Executive Airport, (IATA: ORL, ICAO: KORL, FAA LID: ORL). It is predicted to bring together over 25,000 aviation industry professionals from all over the globe.

With over 1,100 exhibits and 100 aircraft on show at two static displays, as well as a range of conferences and courses, NBAA-BACE is now the USA’s third biggest trade show. This is a truly remarkable event with countless opportunities for aviation businesses and professionals to promote their services, to learn, network and trade. A wide array of seminars and workshops will elucidate the critical issues, trends and themes in aviation with top industry leaders offering their opinions and advice throughout.

Airport Information

Orlando Executive Airport, (IATA: ORL, ICAO: KORL, FAA LID: ORL) is a General Aviation airport therefore it does not serve commercial flights. KORL is approximately 6km from the Orlando city centre and about 25mins drive from the convention centre.

Alternatively, you can consider Orlando International Airport (IATA: MCO, ICAO: KMCO, FAA LID: MCO), which is the busiest airport in Florida with record high passenger traffic in 2017. As KMCO is a major commercial airport, you should expect high volumes of traffic during the NBAA-BACE. However, it is still a good option for private flights in and out of Florida. KMCO is approximately 10km from the Orlando city centre but is only 20mins convention centre.

Both airports operate 24 hours a day with a full range of ground handling services available.

Flying to Orlando for NBAA-BACE
