POSITION: Regional Sales Manager (Europe)

Job Description: Establish and maintain a strong relationship with regular and prospective customers. Analyze sales statistics to determine sales potential as well as monitor the preferences of customers

Role:

  • Instigate dynamic sales strategies to stimulate business development and growth
  • Identify new business initiatives and opportunities
  • Develop close relationships with regular aircraft operators; government agencies, companies, individuals, sports clubs, entertainment groups etc.
  • Support the preparation of business development forecasts and budgets by producing monthly sales forecast and reports
  • Assist plan and negotiate annual contracts and prices with customers
  • Support and handle incoming enquiries (RFQ/technical) by telephone, e-mail and site visits when required
  • Achieve personal KPI’s and business development targets
  • Secondary language is advantageous

POSITION: Flight Dispatcher

HADID is looking for a licensed and highly experienced Flight Dispatcher to start immediately

Job Responsibilities:

  • Plan and provide flight plans for air operators.
  • Prepare flight briefing and operational information for flight crews
  • Monitor weather conditions and airspace restrictions in all NOTAM and pertinent airports
  • Negotiate schedules for best-on-time performance
  • Coordinate with other operational units of the company to facilitate overflight and landing authorisations, airport slots and ancillary support

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree from an accredited and reputable educational institution
  • Minimum 3-5 years relevant experience
  • Flight dispatcher license (UAE GCAA/FAA preferred)
  • Excellent written and verbal English equivalent to ICAO Level 4
  • Strong background in corporate or ad-hoc flight operations
  • Thorough understanding of flight operations procedures and operator requirements for ad-hoc and MEDEVAC operations
  • Knowledge of air navigation, meteorology, flight planning, air traffic control management and international air law
  • Knowledge of the legislative and regulatory framework and statutory requirements (eg. ICAO and EASA amongst others)
  • Knowledge of EROPS and HLA, PACOTS and AUSOTS
  • Thorough understanding of EUROCONTROL and IFPS ADEXP messaging system

POSITION: Flight Operations Coordinator (native Mandarin speaker)

Role:

  • Providing pre-flight consultations
  • Conducting route analyses
  • Arranging worldwide ground handling services
  • Coordinating with CAAs, agents, handlers, FBOs and associated third party vendors to follow up specific requests
  • Working in a team to coordinate high quality services for corporate business jets, commercial carriers, ambulance flights and government VIP flights
  • Preparing detailed handovers for the next shift per the standard operating procedures
  • Maintaining excellent customer service standards
